Robert Flood: Senior memory

Robert Flood

My time at Carroll has been very special to me, even though it was cut short due to the world pandemic. I met a lot of my friends in St. Anastasia, and was able to continue school with them at Carroll, which made this experience even better. Along with my friends from grade school, I also had the pleasure of meeting many new friends through Carroll and Kairos. Being able to see my friends at school every day was always so fun and we made so many memories that I am sad to see come to an end.

I have also met amazing teachers and mentors during my high school experience who have not only taught me a lot academically, but also about the real world. My favorite teacher during high school was my 12th grade English teacher, Mrs. Gimpel. Mrs. Gimpel was always so kind in and out of class and always helped her students reach their full potential.

I feel so blessed to be a part of such a great community of teachers, students, classmates and friends. While I am sad that high school had to come to an end so abruptly, I am so excited for what the future has in store for me. I will be attending West Chester University in the fall to start the next four years of my academic career.
