Billy Coppock

Class of 2021 senior goodbye

Billy+Coppock

Good-bye Archbishop Carroll. During my eighth grade year, I would have never guessed that I would have gone to high school here, but I am glad I did. I truly enjoyed my time here and I am thankful for many different things.

First off, I am thankful for my parents. They worked so hard for me to be able to go here and always pushed me to be the best person that I could be inside of the classroom and out. They spent countless hours of their time driving to and from practices, and just making sure I was prepared for whatever I had to do. They are the main reason I had a successful time here and I owe them the world.

I am thankful for all of the people that I met at Carroll. I came in here only knowing a couple people, but it was really easy to make friends and build close relationships. There are people here that I know I have for life. Even though we may not be going to the same colleges, we’ll always be around and that is truly a blessing.

Thank you to all of the teachers that I have had. They have given me knowledge that I will have forever, whether that be school related or just life lessons. They have prepared me for college and I feel like I am as ready as can be.

Thank you to all of the coaches that I have had, especially the football coaches. They have made me not only a better football player, but also a better human being, They have spent so much of their time helping all of us get better, and because of that I can continue playing the sport that I love at the college level.

Thank you to everyone that I have encountered here over the last four years. Whether you know it or not, you have impacted me in some sort of way and just know that I am grateful for it. I enjoyed the time here while it lasted. Good-bye Archbishop Carroll.
