Senior goodbye: Bianca Marsh

Dear Archbishop Carroll School Community,

As I sit here, reflecting on my years at Archbishop John Carroll High School, a whirlwind of emotions fills my heart. With mixed feelings of excitement and nostalgia I write this goodbye letter, bidding farewell to a place that has been my second home for the past four years. The time has come for me to bid adieu, but before I do, I would like to express my deepest gratitude and share a few words of advice.

First and foremost, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to my parents and caregivers. Your unwavering support, love, and sacrifices have brought me to this point in my life. You have always believed in me, encouraged me, and provided me the opportunities to thrive. I am forever grateful for your guidance and for instilling in me the values that have shaped my character.

To my beloved Carroll friends, you have been the pillars of my high school journey. The memories we have created together will forever hold a special place in my heart. As we embark on different paths, I encourage you to cherish these friendships and stay connected. Remember, the Carroll spirit resides within each of us, and it is up to us to keep it alive.

To the underclassmen who will soon step into the shoes of seniors, my advice to you is simple: embrace every moment. Time has a funny way of slipping through our fingers, and before you know it, you will find yourself in my position. Make the most of your remaining time at Carroll. Take risks, try new things, and step out of your comfort zone. Cherish the friendships you have made and the lessons you have learned. These years will shape you into the person you are meant to become, so make every day count.

Lastly, I would like to express my gratitude to the incredible faculty and staff of Archbishop Carroll. Your dedication, passion, and tireless efforts have had a profound impact on our lives. You have not only imparted knowledge but have also inspired us to dream big and reach for the stars. Your guidance and mentorship have been invaluable, and I am grateful for the opportunities you have provided me.

As I conclude this letter, I am filled with a sense of gratitude for the countless memories and experiences that have shaped my high school journey. Archbishop Carroll has been a place of growth, learning, and community. It has provided me with the foundation to face the challenges that lie ahead. As I embark on a new chapter in my life, I carry with me the lessons learned, the friendships forged, and the memories cherished. Thank you, Archbishop Carroll, for an unforgettable journey.

With the sincerest gratitude and best wishes,

Bianca Marsh
