As the holiday season approaches, students at Archbishop Carroll eagerly prepare their Christmas wish lists. From practical desires to trendy must-haves, the students reveal their hopes for this festive season.
Freshman Aaron Schreiber had unique gift requests: a new bed and furniture.
“I honestly want them because they’re comfy,” said Schreiber. “I haven’t asked for them before ‘cause, I mean, I’ve had a bed for a long time, but now I just want a new one.”
That’s not all. Aaron also has his eyes set on new stylish items that are popular.
“For Christmas, I want gray New Balance 997s, a couple of Nike techs, and new headphones,” said Schreiber.
Like Schreiber, Senior Ebony Groce also has her eyes on new shoes.
“This year for Christmas, I want a pair of Nike dunks,” said Groce. “There’s not a specific pair that I want. I honestly just want them all.”
Groce shared that she already owns a pair of gray dunks and a pair of red dunks, so she feels pretty confident about getting an additional pair this Christmas.
In comparison to the other wish lists, junior Luke McMullen said that he wanted more tech-savvy gifts.
“For Christmas this year, I would like a Series 3 black Apple Watch,” said McMullen.
McMullen seemed to be pretty confident in his wish this year.
“I think I’ll get the Apple Watch for Christmas,” said McMullen. “I haven’t wanted one up until recently.”
