Archbishop Carroll’s boys and girls swim teams lost to Lansdale Catholic last week.
The girls team score was 48-40. The boys team score was 40-8.
“Unfortunately, our girls team lost,” Coach Josh Patota said. “They fought hard but lost.”
The girls team won multiple individual events. Junior Annabel Cook won both the 100m freestyle and 200m freestyle. Senior Grace Brogan won the 500m freestyle. Cook, junior Maddie Formica, and seniors Grace Brogan and Gianna Toland won the 400m relay.
“This is the first race where I have to do at least four events,” Toland said. “I haven’t done that much in one race in a long time.”
