Dear Archbishop John Carroll,
As I sit down to write this letter, I am filled with so many mixed emotions. I feel happy my time here is coming to an end, but also a touch of sadness. My time at Archbishop John Carroll has been nothing but good memories. In this letter I want to take a moment and reflect on this incredible school.
First, I want to express my appreciation to the faculty and staff. Their dedication to our education and growth has been admirable. I have been challenged academically as well as supported spiritually with my faith. I’ll never forget Kairos and the amazing teachers who guided us through it all. Their impact on my life will stay with me long after I leave this school.
To my friends and classmates, we have grown up together, shared countless memories, and faced many challenges, from our freshman year of being hybrid and not knowing half of my class to now our last days and being close to everyone. The friends I have made at Carroll have been there through it all. I truly don’t know where I would be without my amazing group of friends. Each one of them has a significant role in helping me get through high school. The friendships I created are friendships I will carry with me forever.
I want to thank everyone at Archbishop John Carroll — teachers, staff, classmates, and families — for being a part of this amazing journey. Every single person I have met at Carroll is a significant part of why I am graduating. I hope to continue to stay close to the amazing friends I have gained along the way as well as keep in touch with the impactful teachers I’ve had at Carroll. As I move forward to college, I will carry the lessons, and memories of Archbishop John Carroll with me always.
Sincerely,
Sarah Rosanova
