Abigail Brogan: Senior memory
May 28, 2020
My favorite senior memory at Archbishop John Carroll High School would definitely be my Kairos experience with the faculty and my classmates. Kairos was honestly the best experience of my life, and I would do anything I could to go back to that week. I realized how much I was loved by all my friends and family and it was the best feeling.
Kairos means “God’s time.” Although we are getting closer with God, we also are making close friendships with our classmates. I found my true friends and I will always keep them close.
I was having a really hard time in high school during sophomore and junior year. I had thoughts of transferring to another school. After going on Kairos in June, it made me realize that being a part of the Carroll community with these amazing people was for me and I am so glad I stayed at Carroll.
Carroll is the best place and it is always going to be my second home. One word that describes Carroll in my opinion is FAMILY. I am so happy that I have the memory of Kairos and I always will think back on it forever. Kairos has changed my life completely, in such a good way, and I am so thankful for that.
