The winter track coach, Coach Robert Edwards, has high hopes for the season.

“I see nothing but great things in the future for this group,” Coach Edwards said.

Freshman Owen Gallagher said he is looking forward to the meets starting.

“I can’t wait to start competing in races,” Gallagher said.

Another freshman, Samantha Kernag, said she is ready to go.

“I am enjoying training and am ready to start racing in December,” Kernag said.

The indoor track meets will continue until Feb. 16.
