Alyssa Cusamano

Class of 2021 senior goodbye

Alyssa+Cusamano

During my time at Carroll, my all time favorite part would have to be my freshman and junior year, getting to travel with my cheer team to Florida and competing at the cheerleading nationals in Orlando. Getting the opportunity to compete at the ESPN Center with my team was awesome but I also loved being able to create a bond with all my teammates and classmates while being able to go parks, having fun and creating a bond with each other outside of cheer.

Aside from cheerleading at Carroll, even with being in a pandemic, I loved having the opportunity to get to talk to all the kids from St. Katherine’s, play games with them and overall get to know each of them even though it was only over a Zoom call.

I would have to thank Mr. Fryberger, who has encouraged me and has helped me better myself academically since the first day of my freshman year. Without him and his help through out my years at Carroll, I would not have been able to come as far as I did with my school work. I would like to thank all the rest of my teachers, from freshman year until now, who have taught me and helped me become a better student. Without every single one of my teachers, I wouldn’t have been able to come as far as I did and I thank you for taking the time out of your day to help me achieve my goals and better myself as a person and as a student.
