Seniors who attended their first and last Archbishop Carroll prom mostly gave the event good reviews.

The event happened May 6 at Presidential Caterers outside of Norristown.

Amiya Soogrim said she had a good time.

“I really liked the food but it was sort of a bittersweet experience since it felt like it ended so fast,” Soogrim said.

Nyla Ringgold-Floyd said she had fun.

“I liked being with all my friends and getting dressed up was super fun and seeing everyone so pretty,” Ringold-Floyd said.

Adriel Alquiros said the night led to some anxiety.

“I felt panicked because I was worried about making sure it was the best night possible that I forgot to live in the moment,” Alquiros said.

Ashley Palmer appreciated the decorations and the venue.

“The night was fun, the venue was absolutely beautiful, the decor was very fancy and it made me feel very fancy,” Palmer said.

Maria Procaccini said she enjoyed their night.

“Prom lived up to my expectations,” she said. “The venue was nice. The food was good. I liked the professional photos and the photo booth.”

Viky Fallouh was indifferent to prom.

“Prom was alright,” she said. “[It was] definitely overhyped because it’s a little awkward and clique-y.”
