Faith Clark-Grant

Class of 2021 senior goodbye

Faith+Clark-Grant

It’s time to say goodbye to our four-year journey together. My experience has been an emotional roller coaster filled with ups and downs. It was certainly an exciting adventure and one that I will always remember.

From the moment I stepped on campus, my time here at Carroll has been filled with many positive memories and challenges. Even though this COVID year was better than the last, I am still grateful for the new experiences that have helped me even more to become the person I am today. Beyond our love and hate relationship, this school has provided me with a couple of things. It provided me with friends who I love and care for, that I know who will be by my side throughout anything; lessons on certain types of math and English that I don’t need for my future life; and valuable events that have taught me about being responsible and adult. These years at Carroll have shaped me into a person who is ready for the future ever since I walked off the bus and onto those steps.

As I prepare to move on to the next chapter of my life, I wanted to take a moment to say thank you to a few groups of people. I first would like to say thank you to my mom for putting me in this amazing school, then I would like to thank all of my teachers and the fellow Carroll administrators for dealing with my stuff and not quitting their jobs. Finally, I would like to thank all of the people and friends that I have met over my four years at this high school.

Carroll is my forever second home but so long high school!! This school has taught plenty of lessons. it is needless to say that I enjoyed some more than others, but, in the end, it was a heck of a journey with many ups and downs and I am just glad to have gotten through them. (P.S I hope college is better!)
